We have a variety of one, two, three and six bed units available. We have over 10 different floor plans to choose from.

ANYONE! Although most of our tenants are students, our apartments are available to anyone to rent.

Yes! We have a number of one-bed units as well as some two-bed, two-bath units as well

Yes!  You get to choose your roommates or come solo to one of our spacious one-bedroom units.

Yes! Each unit comes with a fully furnished living area as well as sufficient beds and dressers for all tenants.  The kitchens come with all appliances, chairs and table.

All of our leases run from August through July, with move-in dates being mid-August.

Water, sewer, trash, Wi-Fi, and property maintenance are all included in the $40 monthly utility fee. The only essential utility that is not included is electricity, which tenants are responsible for.

Your monthly rent and utility fee will always be due on the first day of every month, and the one time $119 cleaning and maintenance fee will also be due on the first day of the first month.

We have a limited number of parking spots available for a fee of $80 per month or $800 for the year, if paid in advance.

There is a $25 application fee and a one time non refundable $119 cleaning and maintenance fee per bedroom due with the first month’s rent. There is no security deposit or hidden fees.
