We offer four different 1 bedroom layouts for you to choose from, all priced at $775/month. All 1 bedroom units have a balcony or a walk-out patio.
Two Bedroom
We offer five different 2 bedroom layouts for you to choose from. Four of these layouts are 2 bedroom 1 bathroom units priced at $500/person or $1000/month. The fifth layout is a lofted 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit priced at $575/person or $1150/month. Many of these units come with balconies and walk-in closets. Split the unit with a roommate or rent it out yourself and get an extra bedroom for a great deal!
Three Bedroom
We offer four different 3 bedroom layouts for you to choose from. Three of these layouts are 3 bedroom 1 bathroom units priced at $475/person or $1425/month, including two units with in-unit laundry! The fourth layout is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit priced at $550/person or $1650/month. Most three bedrooms are lofted, and all have balconies. A few have walk-in closets as well. The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom is truly unique, with tons of storage, two balconies, and large bedrooms with large closets.
Six Bedroom
We have one six bedroom unit here at the Alcove. It is completely remodeled and spacious, lofted unit with large bedrooms with large closets, two balconies and a washer/dryer in the unit! This unique unit is priced at $550/person or $3300/month.
